This notched plate is only for the perpetual plaque P3056 and P3054. Enter the number of plates you would like and the press the customize item button to fill in each plate. By selecting this item, we will refer back to your previous orders to make sure the new plates match the same style of your last plates. If you have your previous order number, please put it in the comments box to make sure we have the correct style to copy. We use a special process to fuse the ink with the metal so that there are no raised surfaces or fading. This plate comes with the screw holes punched and the corners notched, ready to be screwed into your plaque.
